$VPN trades against XMR. Its creator fees buy Mullvad VPN accounts, paid in Monero, and drop them on random holders. No email, no name: just a 16-digit number.

$VPN is paired with XMR instead of SOL, so the creator fees from each buy and sell arrive as XMR.

> what your isp sees

A VPN wraps your traffic in an encrypted tunnel up to a server you choose. Your provider sees scrambled data going to Mullvad. The site sees Mullvad, not you.

What your provider logs

    What the site sees

    Your IP
    yours, with your city
    Your provider
    your provider
    Tied to an email
    whatever you sign up with

A VPN does not hide what you type into a site or stop logins from tracking you. It moves the trust from your provider to Mullvad, whose model is to know nothing about you.

    > why mullvad

Most VPNs want your email, your card and a login. Mullvad asks for none of it, and has already proven it has nothing to hand over.

    why we pay in XMR

A card ties the account to a bank. Bitcoin leaves a public trail. Monero hides sender, receiver and amount, so nothing links a holder’s account back to this coin, or to anyone.

A number is the whole account

No email, no password, no name. Mullvad generates a 16-digit number and that is all it knows about you. source

    • [✓]

      Nothing on disk

Every Mullvad VPN server runs from RAM only since 2023. Pull the plug and nothing is left to seize. source

      Tested by the police

In April 2023, Swedish police arrived at the office with a search warrant for customer data. There was none to hand over, and they left with nothing. source

      Built against traffic analysis

WireGuard tunnels, multihop, and DAITA, which pads and reshapes your traffic so AI models cannot guess the sites from its pattern. source

The first draw happens once the fees have bought the first accounts. Each one will appear here with everything needed to check it.

    How to check a draw

Each proof link returns the list of eligible wallets and their balances at draw time, plus the Solana blockhash we used.

The seed is sha256(blockhash + “:” + snapshot hash). With one ticket per wallet, the winner is the wallet at position seed mod count, wallets sorted by address. By balance, the seed picks a token and the wallet holding it wins.

Pools, the bonding curve and our own wallets are never in the list.
